Οι κοινωνικές δοµές άµεσης αντιµετώπισης της φτώχειας στην Ελλάδα: µια ποσοτική ερµηνεία

Περίληψη
Το παρόν άρθρο επικεντρώνεται στις Κοινωνικές ∆οµές Άµεσης Αντιµετώπισης της Φτώχειας (εφεξής Κ∆ΑΑΦ) που υλοποιήθηκαν στην Ελλάδα κατά το χρονικό διάστηµα 2012-2017. Πιο συγκεκριµένα, παρουσιάζει τα αποτελέσµατα ποσοτικής αξιολόγησης που διενεργήθηκε στις Κ∆ΑΑΦ σε πέντε (5) ∆ήµους της Αττικής. Το άρθρο εστιάζει αφενός στα αποτελέσµατα της ποσοτικής έρευνας που διενεργήθηκε και αφετέρου στην αποτίµηση των προθετηµένων δεικτών του προγράµµατος. Το βασικό ερώτηµα που τίθεται είναι ποιος ήταν ο αντίκτυπος των Κ∆ΑΑΦ στους άµεσα ωφελούµενους αλλά και η διερεύνηση του εάν καλύφθηκαν οι προθετηµένες στοχεύσεις του προγράµµατος. Το βασικό συµπέρασµα στο οποίο καταλήγει το παρόν άρθρο είναι ότι η προσφορά των εξετασθεισών Κ.∆.Α.Α.Φ. ήταν σηµαντική στις τοπικές κοινωνίες των ∆ήµων όπου λειτούργησαν. Το γεγονός αυτό εξήχθη και ποσοτικώς, µέσω της αξιολόγησης των δεικτών, αλλά και από τις απαντήσεις που έδωσαν οι ίδιοι οι άµεσα ωφελούµενοι κατά την ποσοτική έρευνα.
