I have recently passed the viva voce examination for my doctoral degree in the Faculty of Medieval and Modern University of Oxford. My thesis was a monograph dedicated to the twelfth-century chronicle of John Zonaras. Professor Marc Lauxtermann was my supervisor during my doctoral studies.

I am currently a research associate in the project "Orality and Performance in the Greek Tradition", which has been running since November 2016 in the IBR/NHRF under the academic guidance of Dr Niki Tsironis.

I was awarded with "Excellent" an undergraduate degree in Greek Philology from the University of Athens.
