The Yearbook of European Union and Comparative Law (YEUCL) is an annual publication containing original contributions on issues in European Union and Comparative Law.

The Yearbook aims at contributing to the development of thought, standard-setting and relevant practices throughout the world.

The Yearbook provides annual papers/reports on new developments and researches in EU and comparative law.

YEUCL welcome articles on critical legal studies.

The sector of EU law aims to provide a critical and original analyis of topical and classical issues in EU law (european constitutional law, internal market law, european foreign policy, european competition law, european private law, etc).

The sector of comparative law includes a comparative public and private law.

YEUCL provides inter-disciplinary approaches to the study of comparative law.

The Yearbook publishes contributions written in English in order to reach the largest possible international audiences.

The Yearbook is open to active practicioners of EU and comparative law on a regular basis from all over the world. 

The Yearbook do not accept comments or cases of international law.
