Submission Preparation Checklist


As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

in the second row below  occupation or capacity (TIMES New Roman 10) and  below that the correspodence mail

if there are 2 or more authors, their data must be written beside the first author's data, according to their contribution to the paper.

abstract:  2oo words, ( Times New Roman,  12)

Key-words: no more than 8 words ( Times New Roman,  12)

Units' titles: optional numbering ( Times New Roman, 12 Bold)

Sub-units' titles: optional numbering ( Times New Roman, 12 Bold)

Main text: ( Times New Roman, 12) single

tables-figures: embeded in the text titles are written below (Times New Rοman italics)

pages of the article: 6 – 17

numbering: down right

bibliographic references and notes:  at the end of the text  (Times New Roman, 10)

2. procedure  of submission

Α. Enrollment as a writer/author

 you need to write:

  1. name
  2. surname
  3. email
  4. your occupation; Organization; department (i.e.: Postdoctoral student; University of West Attica, deptm. Graphics and Visual Communication)
  1. ORCID ID:  without charge, with a simple enrollment www.orcid.org
  2. country

If you are already enrolled as readers, you must update your profile adding writer/author


Β. Article submission

it is a -5-step submission:

  1. choose the journal unit (theory or practice)
  2. choose the english language
  3. follow the checking list stages in order to submit
  4. agree with the statement for the intelectual rights-save -continue
  5. attach the article file, as well the  accompaning files (photos, graphics etc) if there are
  6. fill out the metadata of the article-title-key-words-references

 OpenAIRE metadata: if the article is the outcome of granting under the programme of Horizon 2020 of E.U. fill in the grant agreement number , in this way the article will be allowed to be published in www.openaire.eu,
