Bioethica is an electronic Journal providing a platform for reflection and analysis of issues in bioethics and technology ethics. It aims to raise awareness, challenge and provide recommendations to complex and evolving ethical issues raised by the advancement of science,  technology and innovation.

The journal welcomes original papers and reviews on wide range of ethics issues, from authors around the world.

Bioethica  is a scholar-driven, academic publishing journal managed, governed, and operated by a team of researchers and academics  from a national ethics advisory body (National Commission for Bioethics and Technoethics) and a research centre (National Centre for Scientific Research “Demokritos”), rather than commercial publishers. As a not-for-profit journal it prioritizes open access without any publication costs to promote dialogue and exchange on the ethical aspects of science and technology.
