Teleworking in Greece: a comparative study of the public and private sectors in the post-COVID-19 era

Η παρούσα έρευνα μελετά τη χρήση της τηλεργασίας στην Ελλάδα τέσσερα χρόνια μετά την πανδημία COVID-19, μετά την πλήρη άρση των κρατικών μέτρων. Διεξήχθη πρωτογενής έρευνα σε υφιστάμενους και προϊσταμένους ιδιωτικών και δημόσιων φορέων μέσω δύο ερωτηματολογίων, με στόχο τη διερεύνηση της προτίμησης, της εμπειρίας και της απόδοσης των τηλεργαζομένων, καθώς και η σύγκριση με δεδομένα της αρχής της πανδημίας. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν βελτίωση της εμπειρίας αλλά μείωση της απόδοσης των τηλεργαζομένων. Ο ιδιωτικός τομέας αξιοποιεί πλέον σημαντικά την τηλεργασία, ενώ ο δημόσιος έχει επιστρέψει σε πλήρως δια ζώσης εργασία, με προτίμηση και στους δύο τομείς για υβριδικό μοντέλο. Η ανάλυση κουλτούρας έδειξε ότι ο δημόσιος τομέας χαρακτηρίζεται από χαμηλό ατομικισμό, υψηλή αποφυγή αβεβαιότητας, σταθερότητα και μακροπρόθεσμο προσανατολισμό, ενώ ο ιδιωτικός εμφανίζει υψηλότερο ατομικισμό, μεγαλύτερη ευελιξία και χαμηλή αποφυγή αβεβαιότητας.
