Author Biography
Thomas P. Trombetas, California State University

Professor Thomas P. Trombetas holds a Law Degree from the
University of Athens, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration
from the University of Washington, and a Philosophy Doctor’s
Degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.
He taught at the University of Washington (1959-
1961) and he was a visiting Professor at the Political Science
Department of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)
in the academic year 1966-1967. He is a full professor at
the Political Science Department of California State University,
Long Beach, where he has been teaching since 1961. He is the
author of books and articles published in the United States
and Europe. Fie has received several fellowships and research
grants and cooperated with the National Centre of Social Research
in Athens during his sabbatical leave of absence (January-
June, 1975).
