Author Biography
Deppy Papazoglou

Deppy Papazoglou was born in Athens. She received a B.A. from
Pierce College, Athens where she specialised in psychology. At the
University of Essex, England she specialised in the field of the
sociology of education, and received an M.A. in sociology with a
research study entitled Culture, Politics, and Education in Contem­ 

porary Greece. Her interest lies in the sociology of the Mediterra­
nean countries, and, more so, in the relations between Greece and the European Community.
