Aspects d’une plain méditerranéenne:La Thessalie
Abstract
La plaine de Thessalie est probablement une des régions
grecques qui se sont le plus rapidement transformées depuis
1950. Une société de petits paysans propriétaires a modifié
ses cultures, avec l’introduction du coton et de la betterave
à surce, en même temps que s’organisait le remembrement
des terres et que progressaient irrigation, drainage et mécanisation.
Cette société singulièrement mouvante, pénétrée
de préoccupations commerciales est aussi touchée par l’émigration.
