Abstract

This article deals with the possibilities to develop a regulative system to ensure the quality of broadcasting programs. It is proceeding on the assumption that the change of media and information economy leads to the modification of the regulation perspective concerning the program quality and diversity. It is more appropriate to develop a new procedural regulation model and to construct a new definition of the meaning of program quality. This new procedural model can be realized only for the purpose of an open selfdefinition process of broadcasting program. For that reason it is more preferable the development of new forms of self-revision into the production process of the broadcasting program.
