Abstract
In their article, C. Lyrintzis and M. Spourdalakis attempt a comprehensive review of the recent literature on populism. Their excursus is not limited to the increasing number of approaches to populist phenomena in the Greek literature but tries to link these with the long standing international debate on the question. In addition to the task of classifying and grouping together the rather diverse and fragmented Greek literature, the authors put forward a synthetic proposal for approaching and analyzing the «populist logic» — which is at the heart of every populist phenomenon. Their proposal has concrete methodological implications for the analysis of populist phenomena
