In situ and In Vitro Rumen Protein Degradability of Soybean Products: Relationship Estimation

Abstract

Bu bilgiler, Tam Yağlı Soya Fasulyesi (YFS) ve Soya Fasulyesi Küspesi'nin (KM) proteinin parçalanabilirliğini in situ (naylon torba) ve in vitro enzimatik olarak enjekte edildiğini tahmin etmek ve in vitro değerlerden in situ parçalanabilirliğini tahmin etmek için bir denklemin çoğaltılmasıdır. Çalışmada enzimatik teknik olarak; pH 8'de borat-fosfat tamponunda Streptomyces griseus'tan ekstrakte edilen saflaştırılmış bir proteaz ile 1 saat sonra (INV1) ve 24 saat sonra (INV24) hidroliz, in vitro yöntem olarak kullanılmıştır. In situ etkili protein parçalanabilirliği (INSE) ile 1 (INV1) ve 24 (INV24) saatlik inkübasyonlardan sonraki in vitro parçalanabilirlik arasındaki ilişki belirlendi. Yerinde protein parçalanabilirliği 3 Holstein ineğin rumeninde 0, 2, 4, 8, 16, 24, 48 ve 72 saatlik inkübasyonlarda ölçülmüştür. Çalışmada FFS'nin INSE, INV1 ve INV24 değerleri sırasıyla 0.81, 0.60 ve 0.76 olarak belirlendi. Söz konusu etki SM'de sırasıyla 0.59, 0.19 ve 0.52 olarak belirlendi. İn situ ve in vitro protein parçalanabilirliği değerleri arasında farklılıklar olmasına rağmen, FFS ve SM'nin in situ ve in vitro protein parçalanabilirliği arasındaki dağılım katsayıları yüksek haddeydi ve in vitro'dan in situ'nun tahminine yönelik regresyon denklemleri anlamlıydı. FFS ve SM'den bir grup oluşturu tüm karakteristik denklemler önemli özellikler ve dağılım katları değişiklikleri. İn vitro enzimatik protein parçalanabilirliği (INV1 ve INV24), FFS ve SM'nin in situ etkili protein parçalanabilirliğinin tahmininde kullanılabilir. FFS ve SM'den hesaplama grup denklemlerinde INSE'nin daha az emek, daha az maliyet ve daha kısa sürede tahmin edilmesi için INV1'in uygun şekilde doldurulabileceği varılmıştır.
