Οι ΤΠΕ στην εκπαίδευση ατόμων με Διαταραχές Αυτιστικού Φάσματος: Βιβλιογραφική επισκόπηση

Περίληψη

Τα τελευταία χρόνια υπάρχει αυξημένο ερευνητικό ενδιαφέρον σχετικά με τη χρήση ψηφιακών τεχνολογιών στην εκπαίδευση ατόμων με ειδικές ανάγκες. Το άρθρο αυτό αποτελεί μια επισκόπηση των ερευνών που μελετούν τη χρήση ΤΠΕ στην εκπαίδευση ατόμων Διαταραχές Αυτιστικού Φάσματος (ΔΑΦ). Οι έρευνες αφορούν στη χρήση εκπαιδευτικών λογισμικών, περιβαλλόντων εικονικής πραγματικότητας, πολυμέσων, ρομποτικής και φορητών συσκευών και κατηγοριοποιούνται με κριτήρια την τεχνολογία που χρησιμοποιούν, τις δεξιότητες που στοχεύουν να αναπτύξουν, την ηλικία των συμμετεχόντων και το πλαίσιο της παρέμβασης. Από την επισκόπηση της βιβλιογραφίας προκύπτει ότι: (1) τα αποτελέσματα της χρήσης ΤΠΕ στην εκπαίδευση ατόμων με ΔΑΦ είναι ιδιαίτερα ενθαρρυντικά, (2) με το πέρασμα του χρόνου διευρύνονται τόσο τα χρησιμοποιούμενα τεχνολογικά μέσα, όσο και οι εκπαιδευτικοί στόχοι, (3) τα τελευταία χρόνια το ενδιαφέρον στρέφεται προς τη χρήση φορητών συσκευών και προς εφαρμογές που στοχεύουν στην ανάπτυξη επαγγελματικών δεξιοτήτων για τα άτομα με ΔΑΦ.
