Περίληψη

Τα Ψηφιακά Διαδραστικά Παιχνίδια (ΨΔΠ), είναι τα παιχνίδια που απαιτούν κίνηση και σωματική άσκηση από το άτομο, συνδυάζουν την ψυχαγωγία με την άσκηση και αποτελούν ελκυστικά εργαλεία για τη βελτίωση της φυσικής κατάστασης των ατόμων με αναπηρία. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας ήταν η βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση ερευνών που διερεύνησαν τα οφέλη των ΨΔΠ στα άτομα με αναπηρία. Πραγματοποιήθηκε ανασκόπηση βιβλιογραφίας οκτώ ερευνών που δημοσιεύτηκαν από το 2008 έως το 2016. Οι έρευνες που επιλέχτηκαν και αναλύθηκαν, ανέφεραν αποτελέσματα από 80 άτομα με αναπηρία. Από τα αποτελέσματα των ερευνών φάνηκε ότι η ενασχόληση των ατόμων με αναπηρία με ΨΔΠ είχε σαν αποτέλεσμα τη βελτίωση των διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων, των κοινωνικών και κινητικών δεξιοτήτων, της διάθεσης, την αύξηση της αυτονομίας και της αυτοπεποίθησης. Συμπερασματικά η ενασχόληση των ατόμων με αναπηρία με ΨΔΠ είχε θετική επίδραση στη θεραπεία τους.
