Résumé
Το δικαίωμα στον θάνατο βρίσκεται στον πυρήνα της ηθικής συζήτησης για την ευθανασία – όταν, βεβαίως, αυτή διεξάγεται στο πλαίσιο της θεωρίας των δικαιωμάτων. Η κεντρική θέση του δικαιώματος αυτού στον σχετικό διάλογο οφείλεται – πέραν του προφανούς λόγου – στην δριμεία αμφισβήτηση που προσελκύει ως ανυπόστατο, αστήρικτο και κενό περιεχομένου. Στο σύντομο αυτό δοκίμιο θα ισχυρισθώ πως το δικαίωμα στον θάνατο ενδέχεται να βρίσκει την δικαίωσή του στην περίπτωση της παθητικής ευθανασίας ως δικαίωμα αυτονομίας.
