Submission Preparation Checklist


As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it currently under consideration by another journal (or an adequate explanation has been provided in the "Comments to the Editor" section).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for online references and DOI links have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which can be found on the "About the Journal" page.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions for Ensuring a Blind Review have been strictly followed to maintain anonymity.

Author Guidelines


General Instructions

  1. Submitted articles should be between 3,000 and 3,500 words in length (excluding footnotes and bibliographical references).
  2. Each submission must include an abstract of 350 words, followed by relevant keywords, in both Greek and English.
  3. Authors should provide up to eight [8] keywords, separated by a semicolon [;].
  4. For footnotes and the final reference list, authors must strictly adhere to the Chicago Manual of Style (Notes and Bibliography). For further guidance, please consult: https://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/tools_citationguide/citation-guide-1.html
  5. Comprehensive instructions are available in the Author Guidelines section, located at the end of each issue.
  6. Authors are encouraged to submit a short biographical note (short bio).
