Το σθένος της ηθικής και παιδαγωγικής σκέψης του Αριστοτέλη ως αντίβαρο στην ασυναρτησία της ιδέας του ηθικού–παιδαγωγικού σχετικισμού στην εκπαίδευση, στον σύγχρονο δυτικό κόσμο

Περίληψη

Έκπληκτοι παρακολουθούμε σήμερα στις δυτικές κοινωνίες μία σκέψη, η οποία μπορεί να διατείνεται ότι ο ηθικός προσδιορισμός της εκπαίδευσης είναι μία δευτερεύουσα, ακόμα και αδιάφορη, πτυχή της. Και αυτό, όταν η συγκεκριμένη ιδέα είναι καταφανώς παράλογη, εκτός από ηθικά και πολιτικά επικίνδυνη. Την ίδια ώρα, η μη απόδοση των ηθικών αρετών στον καθοδηγητικό ρόλο του σχολείου, ως προς τη βασική ευθύνη της διαμόρφωσης ατόμων που θέλουν και αγαπούν την κοινωνία που τα δημιούργησε, είναι ολοφάνερο πως θέτει στην κοινωνία πολλά διακυβεύματα, που αφορούν την ίδια τη συνοχή της. Στο άρθρο αυτό υποστηρίζουμε ότι η αριστοτελική, ηθική και παιδαγωγική, σκέψη μας επιτρέπει να ξανασκεφτούμε ποιος είναι ο ηθικός προσανατολισμός της εκπαίδευσης, ως προς τη δημιουργία κοινωνικών ατόμων ικανών να αναλαμβάνουν την ευθύνη της ύπαρξής τους και της ύπαρξης της κοινωνίας, όπως και να αναλογιστούμε ξανά, μεταξύ άλλων, προς αυτήν την κατεύθυνση, δύο ιδιαιτέρως δύσκολα θέματα: την αναδιάρθρωση της αυθεντίας του εκπαιδευτικού, αλλά και τη θετική διαχείριση της πολυπολιτισμικής κατάστασης στο εκπαιδευτικό περιβάλλον.

  1. Οι Συγγραφείς διατηρούν τα Πνευματικά Δικαιώματα και χορηγούν στο περιοδικό το δικαίωμα της πρώτης δημοσίευσης ενώ ταυτόχρονα τα πνευματικά δικαιώματα της εργασίας προστατεύονται σύμφωνα με την Creative Commons Attribution License που επιτρέπει σε τρίτους - αποδέκτες της άδειας να χρησιμοποιούν την εργασία όπως θέλουν με την προϋπόθεση της διατήρησης των διατυπώσεων που προβλέπονται στην άδεια σχετικά με την αναφορά στον αρχικό δημιουργό και την αρχική δημοσίευση σε αυτό το περιοδικό.

  1. Οι Συγγραφείς μπορούν να συνάπτουν ξεχωριστές, και πρόσθετες συμβάσεις και συμφωνίες για την μη αποκλειστική διανομή της εργασίας όπως δημοσιεύτηκε στο περιοδικό αυτό (π.χ. κατάθεση σε ένα ακαδημαϊκό καταθετήριο ή δημοσίευση σε ένα βιβλίο), με την προϋπόθεση της αναγνώρισης και την αναφοράς της πρώτης δημοσίευσης σε αυτό το περιοδικό.

  1. Το περιοδικό επιτρέπει και ενθαρρύνει τους Συγγραφείς να καταθέτουν τις εργασίες τους μέσω διαδικτύου (π.χ. σε ένα ακαδημαϊκό καταθετήριο ή στους προσωπικές τους ιστοσελίδες) πριν και μετά από τις διαδικασίες της δημοσίευσης, καθώς αυτό μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε παραγωγική ανταλλαγή ιδεών και σκέψεων καθώς επίσης και σε γρηγορότερη και μεγαλύτερη χρήση και ευρετηρίαση της δημοσιευμένης εργασίας (See The Effect of Open Access).
