Περίληψη

Η παρούσα μελέτη αφορά στην διαχείριση πολύ-θεματικών δεδομένων σχετικών με την παραμόρφωση του φλοιού της Νήσου Κεφαλληνίας. Πλήθος ετερογενών δεδομένων (διανυσματικά, καννάβου και ascii αρχεία), σχετιζόμενα με γεωλογία, τεκτονική, τοπογραφία και γεωμορφολογία της περιοχής, επεξεργάσθηκαν μαζί με τις μετρήσεις GPS. Οι μετρήσεις προέκυψαν από δίκτυο, το οποίο εγκαταστάθηκε και μετρήθηκε αρχικά τον Οκτώβριο του 2001, επανα-μετρήθηκε τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2003 (μετά τον σεισμό της Λευκάδας τον Αύγουστο του 2003 (Mw=6.2)) και τέλος τον Ιούλιο του 2006. Ένας μεγάλος αριθμός θεματικών και συνθετικών επιπέδων και χαρτών παρήχθηκε, με την κατάλληλη χωρική ανάλυση. Ταυτόχρονα, οργανώθηκε μια βάση δεδομένων σε Σύστημα Γεωγραφικών Πληροφοριών, απαραίτητη για την διεξαγωγή συμπερασμάτων.
