The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in both docx (or doc) and PDF document file format (see Author Guidelines).
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Manuscript Submission
Submission of a manuscript in HMS I JME implies that the work described has not been published before and it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else. Also the publication of the work has been approved by all co-authors and the responsible authorities at the institute where the work has been carried out.
Length of Paper
The word limit should be 7,500 words, excluding references and Appendices.
TITLE PAGE
Please make sure your title page contains the following information.
Title
The title should be concise and informative.
Author information
The name(s) of the author(s)
The affiliation(s) of the author(s), i.e. institution, (department), city, (state), country
A clear indication and an active e-mail address of the corresponding author
If available, the 16-digit ORCID of the author(s)
If address information is provided with the affiliation(s) it will also be published.
Abstract
Please provide an abstract about 200 to 250 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations, unspecified references or equations.
Keywords
Please provide 4 to 6 keywords which can be used for indexing purposes.

Text Formatting
Manuscripts should be submitted as follows:
Use a normal, plain 12 pt font for normal text (for example, Times or Times New Roman).
Use single space for all text with a 6 pt spacing after paragraphs.
Use appropriate Headings (not numbered) to structure your submission
Three levels are expected to suffice (14 pt bold for Level 1, 13 point bold for Level 2, 13 pt bold italics for Level 3)
Use italics for emphasis.
Use the automatic page numbering function to number the pages.
Use Do not use field functions.
Use tab stops or other commands for indents, not the space bar.
Use the table function, not spreadsheets, to make tables.
Use the built-in equation editor to insert mathematical content.
Footnotes should be avoided. If necessary, endnotes may be used instead.
The format of the manuscript: Manuscripts must be written on A4 paper, size 21cm x 29.7cm. Margins should be set at 2.5cm top and 2.5cm bottom; 2cm left and 2cm right.
If you need to work with the Letter format while preparing drafts, the margins are 0.6” top and 0.7 ” bottom with 0.9” left and right for US 8.5” x 11” paper. This means the text area is 17 cm by 24.7 cm (or 6.7” by 9.7”). When your paper is finished, please remember to convert back to A4 with the A4 margins above before submitting it. Please ensure your paper is within the correct page limit.
