The journal will be issued annually every December and papers need to be written in English and submitted to the journal website.

An abstract will be written in two languages. One of these two languages is English and the other is chosen by the authors. We welcome abstracts in the languages of French, German, Spanish or Portuguese, but also beyond them so that to include the mother tongue of authors.

In addition, we would like to urge authors to show sensitivity in writing their papers using gender neutral and gender inclusive language (i.e. avoiding consciously the use of male genre where this is possible, using both male and female genres, using mainly female genre or using other denotations such as  @ or * where necessary) and explain their own preferences.

HMS i-JME adopts a double-blind, peer-review model, with each submission sent to at least 2 reviewers – experts on the respective topic of the paper.
