Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı İvesi, Romanov x İvesi (ROA) (F1) koç kuzularının besi performansı, kesim ve karkas özellikleri ile et kalite özelliklerinin incelenmesidir. 28 koçlu kuzu genotiplerine göre iki gruba ayrıldı ve 84 gün besiye alındı. Çalışma sonunda karkas ve et kalite özelliklerini değerlendirmek için her genotipten rastgele 8 kuzu kesildi. Başlangıç ​​canlı ağırlığı ve yemden yararlanma benzerken, nihai canlı ağırlık ve günlük ağırlık artışı iki genotip arasında farklılık göstererek İvesi için daha fazlaydı. Kesim ağırlığı, sıcak ve soğuk karkas ağırlıkları genotipten önemli ölçüde etkilenmiş ve en yüksek ağırlık Awassi genotipinde kaydedilmiştir. Pansuman yüzdeleri genotipten etkilenmedi. İvesi, ROA genotipine kıyasla daha yüksek göz kası alanına ve yağ kuyruğu yüzdesine sahipti. Ayrıca et kalite özellikleri kuzunun genotipinden etkilenmemiştir. ROA (F1) melezi kuzulardan daha düşük yağlı kuyruk ağırlığı elde edilmesine rağmen saf İvesi kuzularının son ağırlıklar, günlük canlı ağırlık artışları, kesim ağırlıkları ve bazı karkas ağırlıkları.
