Ένζωοτική λεύκωση των βοειδών σέ αγελάδες αναπαραγωγής στην 'Ελλάδα

Abstract

Εξετάστηκαν όρολογικώς μέ τήν μέθοδο τής άνοσοδιάχυσης κατά Ouchterlony οροί βοοειδών αναπαραγωγής 43 εκτροφών μέ ζώα προελεύσεως εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού, ηλικίας άνω τών 2 ετών. Δεκαπέντε οροί (2,2%) δύο εκτροφών (4,6%) βρέθηκαν μέ ειδικά αντισώματα (ίζηματίνες) κατά τής ένζωοτικής λεύκωσης τών βοοειδών. Στους 419 ορούς τών 36 εκτροφών, μέ ζώα προελεύσεως εσωτερικού, δεν βρέθηκε κανένας θετικός ορός, ενώ στους 239 ορούς 7 εκτροφών μέ ζώα προελεύσεως εξωτερικού, βρέθηκαν 15 όροι (6,3%) δύο εκτροφών (28,5%) θετικοί. Τό αντιγόνο, ό θετικός ορός αναφοράς καί τό πήκτωμα άγαρ πού χρησιμοποιήσαμε, μάς διατέθηκαν ευγενώς άπό τήν Behringwerke A.G. και τους ευχαριστούμε θερμώς.
