Abstract

Στην εργασία αυτή γίνεται ανασκόπηση των σπουδαιότερων γεγονότων που λαμβάνουν χώρα στο μαστικό εκκριτικό κύτταρο των μηρυκαστικών, κατά το μεταβολισμό των θρεπτικών συστατικών του αίματος που χρησιμοποιούνται ως πρόδρομες ουσίες των συστατικών του γάλατος.
