Διαχωρισμός έξουδετερωτικών αντισωμάτων του ίου Αφθώδους Πυρετού μέ χρωματογραφία σέ άνταλλάκτη ανιόντων

Résumé

Δια της χρωματογραφίας σέ άνταλλάκτη ανιόντων DEAE Α-50 ύπερανόσου όρου βοοειδών κατά τοΰ 'Αφθώδους Πυρετού οροτύπου A,0,C διαχωρίστηκαν έξουδετερωτικά αντισώματα. Το πρώτο κλάσμα (κλάσμα No 0) αντιστοιχεί ώς προς τήν ήλεκτροφορική και άνοσοηλεκτροφορική του συμπεριφορά (βραδεία κινητικότητα προς τήν άνοδο) στην άνοσοσφαιρίνη IgG2 και έχει υψηλότερο τίτλο έξουδετερωτικών αντισωμάτων άπό τά επόμενα κλάσματα (κλάσμα No 1-4) πού αντιστοιχούν στην άνοσοσφαιρίνη IgGP Άπό τόν ύπεράνοσο ορό μέ τίτλο αντισωμάτων 1:216 1:512 καί 1:32 ώς προς A,0,C αντιστοίχως, στα έξετασθέντα κλάσματα απομονώθηκαν έξουδετερωτικά αντισώματα μόνο ώς προς Α καί Ο καί σε σχετικά χαμηλό τίτλο. Τά κλάσματα No 1-4, πού ήλεκτροφορικώς αντιστοιχούν στην άνοσοσφαιρίνη IgGt αντίθετα προς τήν IgGj τοΰ πρωτογάλακτος, δέν εϊχαν τήν Ιδιότητα τού όμοιοκυτταροτροπισμοΰ.
