Observations on Helminth Parasites in Endemic and Native Fish from Susurluk Basin, Türkiye Using a Genetic- Molecular Approach: With New Host and Geographical Records

Bu çalışmada Chondrostoma angorense (n=13), Oxynoemacheilus simavicus (n= 9) ve Oxynoemacheilus angorae (n= 12) olmak üzere üç endemik balık türünden ve bir yerli balık türü olan Silurus glanis (n = n)'den toplam 50 birey kullanıldı. =16), Türkiye'nin kuzeybatı Anadolu bölgesindeki Nilüfer deresi ve Simav deresinden Şubat 2021 ile Aralık -2021 arasında helmint parazitleri açısından incelenmiştir.
Paradiplozoon homoion ( C. angorense'de ) ve Ancylodiscoides vistulensis ( S. glanis'te ), bir digenean: Clinostomum complanatum metacercariae ( C. angorense ), 2 nematod: Contracaecum rudolphii B ( C.angorense , O. simavicus ve O. angorae'de ) ve Eustrongylides excicus larvaları ( S. glanis'te ). A. vistulensiskalan parazit türlerine göre en yüksek sayı olarak bulunmuştur.
Bu çalışma, C. angorense'de P. homoion, C. complanatum metacercariae ve C. rudolphii B'nin ve O. simavicus ve O. angorae'de C. rudolphii B'nin oluşumunu ilk kez bildirdi. Bu, beş helmint paraziti için yeni konakçı kayıtlarını ve coğrafi dağılımı tasvir etti.
