Abstract
Complementary School Distance Learning enables teachers and pupils to develop collaborative school networks at local, national and international level. ODYSSEAS “2000-2015” is a collaborative project that focuses on the pedagogical exploitation of ICT and especially of videoconferncing and WEB 2.0 applications. The aim of this project is to build up a collaborative learning environment in order to cultivate critical social skills for elementary school students from Greece and Cyprus. The aim of this paper is to focus on the research contribution as it is highlighted through the doctoral theses and postgraduate diploma theses elaborated under the program "ODYSSEUS 2000-2015".
