Περίληψη
Στην παρούσα εργασία καταγράφονται τα πρότυπα και οι διαδικασίες για την ανάπτυξη εκπαιδευτικού λογισμικού προσβάσιμου στα Άτομα με Αναπηρία (ΑμεΑ) και/ή με Ειδικές Εκπαιδευτικές Ανάγκες (ΕΕΑ). Η αναγνώριση του δικαιώματος στην εκπαίδευση και στην ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων για τα ΑμεΑ/ΕΕΑ μπορεί να παραμείνει κενό γράμμα εάν δεν επιτευχθεί συμμόρφωση με συγκεκριμένα πρότυπα και δεν ακολουθηθεί μια σειρά από διαδικασίες, όπως ο έλεγχος από εμπειρογνώμονες και η αναγνώριση/συμπερίληψη της εμπειρίας των χρηστών. Επίσης, η χρήση των ΤΠΕ, τόσο γενικά στην εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία όσο και συγκεκριμένα στην εκπαίδευση μαθητών ΑμεΑ/ΕΕΑ, δεν μπορεί να λειτουργεί αποσπασματικά αλλά να εντάσσεται σε ένα παιδαγωγικό πλαίσιο συμπερίληψης, όπου ο ρόλος του εκπαιδευτικού είναι κεντρικός. Η χρήση των ΤΠΕ εν γένει αποτελεί το μέσο και όχι αυτοσκοπό στην εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία.
