Καλές πρακτικές εκπαιδευτικής καινοτομίας και δικτύωσης σχολείων: Το παράδειγμα των βραβευμένων προγραμμάτων eTwinning στην Περιφέρεια Ηπείρου

Abstract

Η παρούσα εργασία αφορά τη μελέτη των παραγόντων που προσδιορίζουν καλές πρακτικές καινοτομίας και δικτύωσης σχολείων στη δευτεροβάθμια εκπαίδευση μέσω έργων eTwinning. Τα ερευνητικά δεδομένα προήλθαν μέσω συνεντεύξεων με
εκπαιδευτικούς που υλοποίησαν προγράμματα eTwinning σε σχολεία της Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου κατά την περίοδο 2010-2016, τα οποία βραβεύθηκαν με εθνική και ευρωπαϊκή ετικέτα ποιότητας. Η ανάλυση ανέδειξε μια σειρά παραγόντων που συμβάλουν στην υλοποίηση ποιοτικών προγραμμάτων καινοτομίας και δικτύωσης σχολείων, οι οποίοι εντάσσονται σε τέσσερις θεματικούς άξονες: πλαίσιο υλοποίησης, είσοδοι, διαδικασίες υλοποίησης και αποτελέσματα που έχουν επιτευχθεί.
