To animation βίντεο «Let's make a tost!» ως διδακτικό εργαλείο ευαισθητοποίησης για την παιδική παχυσαρκία
Abstract
The educational video ‘Let’s make a tost!’ focuses on childhood obesity, a scourge of the modern age, and was created as part of the interdepartmental post-graduate program ‘Educational Design Online Education’. The animated short film describes the causes of the phenomenon, such as a sedentary lifestyle, poor diet, and others, which lead to the constant increase in obesity since early childhood. At the same time, the solutions to the problem are given from the middle of the film onwards. Following are film-based activities to consolidate and evaluate information on childhood obesity, its causes, consequences, and treatments. The method of production of the animation and the elements included in the narration as well as the method and the software of the video editing are listed below. In conclusion, we list the problems that were presented and ideas for future development of the topic or optimization of the present material, within the framework of the program.
