Archiving & Digital Preservation Policy
The Health and Research Journal is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and continued accessibility of its published content. Digital preservation is intended to protect the scholarly record and to provide continued access in the event that the journal is no longer published or the website becomes unavailable.
What is preserved
The journal preserves the final published version of record (including article files and associated metadata), such as PDFs and supplementary materials where applicable.
Preservation approach
The journal maintains redundancy and long-term access through trusted digital preservation services and/or preservation arrangements supported by the publishing platform.
PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)
The journal participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which preserves journal content by depositing it into a distributed preservation network to ensure long-term accessibility.
Persistent identifiers
Where available, articles are assigned persistent identifiers (e.g., DOI) to support stable citation and discovery over time.
Policy review
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in preservation infrastructure and best practices.
