Reporting Guidelines Policy (EQUATOR Network)

The Health and Research Journal encourages authors to follow appropriate reporting guidelines to improve transparency, completeness, and reproducibility of research.

Authors should select the guideline that best fits their study design, including (where applicable):

• CONSORT for randomized controlled trials (RCTs)

• STROBE for observational studies

• PRISMA for systematic reviews and meta-analyses

• COREQ or SRQR for qualitative research

• CARE for case reports

• STARD for diagnostic accuracy studies

Where appropriate, authors may be asked to submit the relevant checklist and flow diagram (e.g., PRISMA or CONSORT) as supplementary files.

Authors are encouraged to consult the EQUATOR Network for up-to-date guidance on reporting standards.
