Κοινωνική Οικονομία και Κοινωνική Πολιτική: Ο Προσδιορισμός της Σχέσης. Τα Διλήμματα στις Εφαρμογές.
Abstract
The Social Economy is a main pylon in contemporary Social Policy. However, there is scepticism, both in theory and practice, for the nature of this relationship and its role in the context of policy making. In the article are being analyzed some key aspects that are related to the pluralistic orientations and the current trends of privatization and commercialization of Social Policy. Particular emphasis is given to the fields of social protection and employment, by example the legal framework for the operation of social cooperatives inGreece. The main conclusion is that Social Economy is an extremely heterogeneous field, where a holistic logic is inappropriate, and central planning has to discern the different organizations and practices it includes.
