Аннотация

Κατά τη διάρκεια της περιόδου όχείας των αίγών 45 κυκλικές αίγες, ηλικίας 2-5 ετών, πού βρίσκονταν στην 4-16η ημέρα του οίστρικοΰ τους κύκλου, χωρίσθηκαν σε δύο ομάδες. Στις 20 αίγες της πρώτης ομάδας πραγματοποιήθηκε μία ενδομυϊκή έγχυση 15 mg προσταγλανδίνης F2 a (Panacelan). Δέκα άπό τίς είκοσι αυτές αίγες (90,0%) παρουσίασαν οίστρο στις πρώτες τέσσερες ήμερες μετά τή χορήγηση της προσταγλανδίνης F2 a . Ή διενέργεια «τυφλής» σπερματεγχύσεως σ' όλες τις αίγες τήν 3η και τήν 4η ήμερα μετά τήν χορήγηση της PGF2 κατέληξε σ' ένα αρκετά ικανοποιητικό ποσοστό συλλήψεων και τοκετών (77,8%). Στις 25 αίγες της δεύτερης ομάδας τοποθετήθηκαν ένδοκολπικοί σπόγγοι πού περιείχαν 50 mg MAP (Veterdif) για μια περίοδο 16 ημερών, κατά την απομάκρυνση δέ τών σπόγγων έγινε ενδομυϊκή έγχυση 500 IU PMSG (Gestyl). Είκοσι άπό τίς 22 αίγες παρουσίασαν οίστρο στις πρώτες τέσσερες ήμερες μετά τήν απομάκρυνση τών σπόγγων. Ή διενέργεια «τυφλής» σπερματεγχύσεως τήν 2η καί τήν 3η ήμερα μετά τήν απομάκρυνση τών σπόγγων κατέληξε σ' ένα σχετικά χαμηλό ποσοστό συλλήψεων καί τοκετών (55,0%). Άπό τον πειραματισμό αυτό βγαίνει το συμπέρασμα δτι ή χρήση της προσταγλανδίνης F2 a μπορεί νά είναι μία χρήσιμη μέθοδος συγχρονισμού του οίστρου τών αιγών μέ ικανοποιητική γονιμότητα
