Call for papers: Special section “Contemporary challenges in Clinical and Health Psychology”
The Clinical and Health Psychology Division of the Hellenic Psychological Society invites the submission of manuscripts for a special issue addressing “Contemporary challenges in Clinical and Health Psychology”. More specifically, this special issue focuses on the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and other contemporary health threats to the two disciplines of Clinical Psychology and Health Psychology.
Guest editors Dr George Koulierakis and Dr Vasiliki Yotsidi are seeking your contributions (research papers or reviews) related to the above aim of the special issue. Studies and reviews presented at the 18th National Conference of Psychological Research (5-9 October 2022) will be prioritized.
The accepted language is English.
Those interested are kindly requested to submit a 250-word abstract of their study in English until Monday, 11th September 2023, by emailing to: gkoulierakis@uniwa.gr and v.yiotsidi@panteion.gr with the indication “Special Issue Contemporary challenges in Clinical and Health Psychology – Surname_First_Author”.
Authors will be informed about the acceptance or not of their proposal by the end of October 2023. The final date for submitting the full manuscripts will be April 1st, 2024.
For the submission of their full manuscript, authors must follow the instructions at the following link: https://ejournals.epublishing.ekt.gr/index.php/psychology/about/submissions#onlineSubmissions and use the template for the configuration and the submission of their manuscripts.
During submission, it should be clearly mentioned that the paper submitted is for the Special Issue of the Clinical and Health Psychology Division.
