History
The journal PSYCHOLOGY is, since 1992, the official scientific publication of the Hellenic Psychological Society.
In 2015 the printed version is replaced by an electronic version and all published papers are accessed through a website of the Hellenic Psychological Society.
In 2000 it is indexed in the PsycINFO database of the American Psychological Association (APA).
In 2019, following a decision of its Editorial Committee, PSYCHOLOGY is converted to a Diamond/Platinum Open Access journal. Papers can now be openly accessed through the website of the Hellenic Psychological Society.
In 2020 PSYCHOLOGY signs an agreement with the National Documentation Centre and migrates all its archives to its online platform (ePublishing service). It is also indexed in CrossRef and all its published papers acquire retrospectively a Digital Object Identifier (doi).
In 2021 PSYCHOLOGY is also indexed in the ERIHplus and OpenAIRE databases, and in July 2022 it is accepted in the DOAJ directory (Directory of Open Access Journals).
In September 2022 PSYCHOLOGY was accepted for indexing in Scopus (Elsevier). Its impact index will become available a year later.
