Mediterranean Marine Science is indexed in WoS (Web of Science, ISI Thomson), SCOPUS and in Aquatic Science and Fisheries Abstracts (ASFA).

The content of MMS is covered by Elsevier and archived in CITEFACTOR. As of January 2014 the MMS is only available on line.

Byzantina Symmeikta

The publication of the journal began at the Institute for Byzantine Research (IBR) -and now Section of Byzantine Research of the Institute of Historical Research (National Hellenic Research Foundation)-  in 1966 under the title ΣΥΜΜΕΙΚΤΑ. Since that time seventeen volumes of the journal have been published, approximately one every two years. The journal is the primary publication medium for research carried out at the Section of Byzantine Research, either by its own research staff or by external collaborators. The focus of ΣΥΜΜΕΙΚΤΑ laid mostly in Byzantine history, literature and archival research. In 2007 IBR reviewed the journal’s mission, and decided to expand its scope and open it up to the international scholarly community engaged in Byzantine Studies.

The Greek Review of Social Research

Published without interruption since 1969, The Greek Review of Social Research is the oldest Greek journal for the social sciences and one of the first to adopt the blind peer reviewsystem. An editorial committee of three EKKE researchers and two external social scientists appointed by the EKKE’s Board of Administration for a  period of two years is responsible for the publication procedures and the standards of the Review’s scholarship. The editorial committee is supported by a scientific committee of distinguished social scientists whose role is advisory as regards the development and dissemination of the journal. The Greek Review of Social Research is supported by public funds and has no publication charges or fees.

Mouseio Benaki Journal

To publicise the collections and promote research the Museum has been publishing an annual journal since 2001 (Mouseio Benaki), containing original academic research relating to – or inspired by – objects in its collections or archives, as well as annual reports on the activities of the Museum’s research departments.  The journal carries both Greek and foreign-language articles, which are accompanied by abstracts in English or Greek respectively.  Given that the Museum’s material is diverse, multicultural and covers a broad time period, the journal thus enhances the dialogue between the disciplines of archaeology, ethnography, social anthropology, museology, history, history of art and the history of architecture.

Tekmeria

The journal Tekmeria publishes scholarly articles pertaining to the study of the ancient world, with particular emphasis on Ancient Greek history, epigraphy, numismatics, topography and historical geography, and especially on the publication, republication or exploitation of epigraphic and numismatic materials. All submitted articles that are relevant to the thematic areas covered by the journal are considered by the editorial board, provided they are original and have only been sent to Tekmeria for publication.

Conatus

Conatus-Journal of Philosophy is the biannual open-access peer-reviewed bilingual (english/greek) scholarly publication of the Applied Philosophy Research Laboratory (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens) with the support of the Faculty of Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology. Conatus also receives e-publishing support and hosting services by the National Documentation Center / National Research Foundation.

Conatus accepts for publication original research papers in all fields of philosophical inquiry and is being indexed and abstracted in international databases. Apart from original research papers, it publishes translated philosophical essays, book reviews, interviews and critical notes. Papers go through double blind peer review and light editing. Publishing your paper in Conatus is totally free of cost; open-access and editing services are being provided at no cost for the authors by the National Documentation Center and Conatus-Journal of Philosophy respectively.

Entertainment - Journal of Media and Movie Studies

Entertainment was tremendously changed in the last two centuries by the invention of new technologies. While the newspaper, radio, and television dominated the longest part of the 20th century, the Internet has provided totally new possibilities to entertain. However, there are factors and images related to entertainment that did not change even though the medium itself was transformed.
