Education & Theatre calls for papers and is accepting submissions of articles for its new issue (is.27, 2026)

Submissions deadline: FEBRUARY 28, 2026

‘Education & Theatre’ is a peer-reviewed journal for the promotion of research on and practice of drama/theatre and other performing arts in formal and non-formal education. It is published annually by the Hellenic Theatre/Drama & Education Network (TENet-Gr) in English and Greek.

The 26th issue (2025) of the journal Education & Theatre is now published in two languages: English and Greek.

This year's issue includes articles on domestic research and practice, as well as an insert tribute to the theater/drama-pedagogical landscape of Palestine, entitled
"Palestine: performing arts as resistance, resilience and sumud".

In honor of the contributors to this year's tribute, the Editorial Committee of the journal took two actions:
a) the initial publication of the issue took place on November 29, International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, and
b) its full contents are also published in Arabic (coming soon).
