Εθνικό Σχέδιο Δράσης και Προτάσεις Αντιμετώπισης του Trafficking στην Ελλάδα

Abstract
The current paper endeavours to investigate and analyze trafficking in regard to the national management policy of Greece and its particularities, by specializing and focusing, primarily, on the application of project-oriented organizational restructuring and strategic processes, as a necessary choice/requisite to address this major social problem. A primary element of the analysis is the description of the organized effort of the state to implement an effective policy to address the phenomenon by taking into account the characteristics of trafficking in Greece, and the existing structures and programmes. The weak points of the practices applied are highlighted by using SWAT analysis and a series of administrative and organizational interventions are proposed. An important element of the proposed changes is the coordination and communication among the parties involved, while considering the characteristics of human trafficking in Greece, as well as the deficiencies of the existing structures.
