Systematic depiction of Teaching Approaches of Classes of Primary Mathematics by students of Pedagogical Department
Abstract
This paper presents a way of systematically observing teaching approaches in Mathematics classes of the three upper classes of Primary Schools by graduate students of Pedagogical Department. Through this class observation, the detection of possible constructivist traits (Driver & Oldham, 1986), of teaching strategies used (Beck, 1998) and of features of a modern class of Matheatics was attempted. In this study, questions concerning the education of students about classroom observation of the complexity of a matheatics class were revealed.
