"Rocks - Categories of Rocks - Petrological Cycle". A digital scenario for the teaching of the course "Geology and Natural Resources Management"
Abstract
This paper presents a teaching proposal with the title "Rocks - Categories of Rocks - Petrological Cycle", for the course "Geology and Natural Resources Management". An extended learning environment has been used, incorporating digital media, laboratory activities such as macroscopic and microscopic observation of rocks and classroom teaching. This intervention was designed and implemented on the digital educational platform "Aesop", utilizing a variety of interactive educational tools in order to achieve a higher degree of interactivity between student and educational material as well as effectiveness in learning outcomes.
