Περίληψη

Ο ρόλος των στελεχών επαγγελματικής συμβουλευτικής στις επιχειρήσεις είναι πολυδιάστατος και απαιτητικός. Οι σύμβουλοι, για να είναι αποτελεσματικοί στο έργο τους, χρειάζεται να αποκτούν διαρκώς εξειδικευμένες γνώσεις και δεξιότητες και να διαθέτουν το κατάλληλο επίπεδο εμπιστοσύνης στις ικανότητές τους. Στην παρούσα έρευνα εξετάστηκε η σχέση ανάμεσα στην εκπαίδευση και τις πεποιθήσεις αυτοαποτελεσματικότητας σε δείγμα επαγγελματικών συμβούλων. Οι κλίμακες αυτοαποτελεσματικότητας σχετίζονταν θετικά τόσο μεταξύ τους όσο και με τους τομείς δεξιοτήτων. Μολονότι οι σύμβουλοι ανέφεραν σχετικά υψηλές πεποιθήσεις αυτοαποτελεσματικότητας, φαίνεται ότι χρειάζονται επιπρόσθετη κατάρτιση σχεδόν σε όλες τις κατηγορίες δεξιοτήτων. Το άρθρο καταλήγει σε προτάσεις για την ανάπτυξη ενός μοντέλου εκπαίδευσης επαγγελματικών συμβούλων.
