Η θεραπευτική σχέση στην ψυχοδυναμική συμβουλευτική και ψυχοθεραπεία: σύγχρονα κλινικά και εμπειρικά δεδομένα

Περίληψη
Σύμφωνα με την ψυχοδυναμική προσέγγιση, η θεραπευτική σχέση τίθεται στο κέντρο της θεραπευτικής διαδικασίας και αποτελεί βασικό μοχλό για την αποτελεσματικότητα της θεραπείας. Ως τέτοια, η ανάδειξη των ψυχοδυναμικών παραμέτρων που συνδέονται με τη θεραπευτική σχέση μπορεί να συμβάλει στην ενίσχυση του ρόλου των συμβουλευτικών και κλινικών ψυχολόγων, προσφέροντας ένα ευρύτερο πρίσμα κατανόησης των δυναμικών αλληλεπίδρασης κατά την κλινική εργασία. Συγκεκριμένα, στην παρούσα εργασία παρουσιάζονται επιμέρους παράμετροι της θεραπευτικής σχέσης (π.χ. θεραπευτική συμμαχία, μεταβίβαση, αντιμεταβίβαση, πραγματική σχέση) που αποτελούν βασικά συστατικά στη θεραπευτική σχέση και τα οποία θα πρέπει να λαμβάνονται ευρύτερα υπόψη στο πλαίσιο της συμβουλευτικής και της θεραπείας. Σύγχρονα εμπειρικά δεδομένα καταδεικνύουν τη σημασία αυτών των παραμέτρων για τη θεραπευτική διαδικασία και τη θεραπευτική έκβαση. Έμφαση δίνεται στις προϋποθέσεις που χρειάζεται να πληρούνται προκειμένου να διασφαλίζεται μια σχέση με θεραπευτική ποιότητα, τονίζοντας τη σημασία του θεραπευτικού πλαισίου και του ρόλου του ίδιου του ψυχολόγου/ψυχοθεραπευτή. Τέλος, επισημαίνονται τα αποτελέσματα που προκύπτουν από την αξιοποίηση των δυναμικών της θεραπευτικής σχέσης στην κλινική πράξη, τόσο για τη σχέση του θεραπευόμενου με τον εαυτό του όσο και για τη σχέση του με τους άλλους.
