Η επίδραση των γονεϊκών πρακτικών στη συναισθηματική και κοινωνική επάρκεια των μαθητών πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης

Περίληψη

Η σύνδεση ανάμεσα στις γονικές πρακτικές και την ψυχοκοινωνική επάρκεια των παιδιών έχει αποτελέσει αντικείμενο εκτεταμένης μελέτης. Η παρούσα μελέτη εξετάζει τη σχέση μεταξύ αντιλαμβανόμενων γονικών πρακτικών και ψυχοκοινωνικής επάρκειας παιδιών ηλικίας 10–12 ετών. Παράλληλα, διερευνώνται ενδεχόμενες διαφορές στην ψυχοκοινωνική προσαρμογή των παιδιών με βάση το φύλο και πιθανές διαφοροποιήσεις στις γονικές πρακτικές μεταξύ μητέρας και πατέρα. Το δείγμα αποτέλεσαν 101 μαθητές και μαθήτριες Ε΄ και ΣΤ΄ τάξης από δύο Δημοτικά σχολεία της Ελλάδας. Η συλλογή δεδομένων έγινε με το Ερωτηματολόγιο Ψυχοκοινωνικής Προσαρμογής και το Ερωτηματολόγιο Γονικών Πρακτικών για παιδιά (EMBU-C), ενώ η ανάλυση περιελάμβανε μη παραμετρικές μεθόδους. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι η συναισθηματική ζεστασιά, τόσο της μητέρας όσο και του πατέρα, σχετίστηκε θετικά με την κοινωνική και συναισθηματική επάρκεια, ενώ η γονική απόρριψη από τη μητέρα παρουσίασε αρνητικές συσχετίσεις, με την πατρική απόρριψη να επηρεάζει μόνο τη συναισθηματική διάσταση. Δεν εντοπίστηκαν διαφορές με βάση το φύλο, ενώ η μητέρα εμφάνισε υψηλότερα επίπεδα υπερπροστατευτικότητας και αγχώδους ανατροφής. Τα ευρήματα αναδεικνύουν τη σημασία ενίσχυσης θετικών γονικών συμπεριφορών για την υγιή ανάπτυξη των παιδιών.
