Abstract
The present study aims to provide a literature-based approach to scientific research in education, with a particular focus on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data in educational research. Educational research employs a scientific approach to educational issues to enhance understanding and draw general conclusions. Conducting this type of research requires a series of preparatory steps, including selecting a topic, identifying the problem, conducting a literature review, designing the research process, and choosing an appropriate data collection tool. Among these tools, the questionnaire is one of the most widely used, as it allows for the collection of a large number of responses while ensuring the anonymity of participants. This paper also examines key factors necessary for constructing and administering an effective questionnaire, such as the wording and types of questions, accompanying text, and aesthetic formatting. Finally, the study underscores the importance of careful questionnaire design, as this will directly impact the accuracy and reliability of the research results.
