Ύγειονολογική κατάστασίς των χάρτινων και πλαστικών ποτηριών μιας χρήσεως
Abstract
Έξητάσθησαν 150 ποτήρια μιδς χρήσεως, προς έκτίμησιν της ύγειονολογικής καταστάσεως τούτων, δια του προσδιορισμού του κολοβακτηριδιακοΰ δείκτου και της ολικής μεσοφίλου αερόβιου μικροβιακής χλωρίδος. Έκ των αποτελεσμάτων προέκυψεν οτι ταύτα είναι καλής ύγειονολογικής καταστάσεως, λόγω απουσίας κολοβακτηριοειδών και μή αξιολογήσιμου κοινής χλωρίδος.
