Abstract
This empirical study investigates the personality profile and resilience of Preschool Principals of Magnesia. Partial aim of this quantitative study is to investigate the possible differentiation of these dependent variables in relation to age and educational experience. The collection of primary data held by completing self‐report questionnaire. The chosen sample was 124 preschool principals, while the response rate reached 80% (100 has completed the questionnaire). The results showed that Preschool Principals largely declare agreeableness as a key dimension of their personality, as well as they state high scores of responsibility as a dimension of resilience, while it seems that two dimensions of personality profile, the agreeableness and openness are possible predictive factors of their resilience.
