Περίληψη

Στο παρόν άρθρο επιχειρείται η ανάδειξη δύο ηθικής φύσεως προβλημάτων σχετιζόμενων με την εκπαιδευτική Τ.Ν. (EDAI) και δη με τα Ευφυή Συστήματα Διδασκαλίας (Intelligent Tutoring Systems - ITS). Συγκεκριμένα, αναλύονται το πρόβλημα της τεκμηρίωσης και το πρόβλημα της προ-κατασκευής. Το πρώτο αφορά στον εμπειρικό έλεγχο εγκυρότητας των όποιων ισχυρισμών περί ενός θετικού ή αρνητικού αποτυπώματος των ITS στη μαθησιακή διαδικασία. Το δεύτερο αφορά στο φαινόμενο προσαρμογής των εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών στα ήδη υφιστάμενα ITS αντί της προσαρμογής των ITS στις εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες. Πέραν της ανάδειξης των εν λόγω προβλημάτων, η επιχειρούμενη ανάλυση προχωρά σε μια συζήτηση περί των ηθικών πτυχών τους όπως αυτές αναδεικνύονται υπό μια δεοντοκρατική και ειδικότερα καντιανή ηθική προσέγγιση. Στην ανάλυση αυτή επιστρατεύονται επίσης και ορισμένα στοιχεία της υπό τον Jürgen Habermas ‘Ηθικής του Διαλόγου’ (Discourse Ethics). Τέλος, καταδεικνύεται η σχέση των δύο προαναφερθέντων προβλημάτων με το σφάλμα υποκατάστασης του ‘πρέπει’ από το ‘είναι’. Εκτός της μεταηθικής διάστασής του, το τελευταίο αυτό αξιολογείται και ηθικώς, πάντοτε υπό το πρίσμα της δεοντοκρατικής ηθικής.
