Η Σχέση του Διαδικτυακού Εθισμού με την Αλεξιθυμία και την Αντιλαμβανόμενη Γονεϊκότητα σε Φοιτητές Πανεπιστημίου

Περίληψη
Τα ηλεκτρονικά μέσα αποτελούν αναπόσπαστο μέρος της καθημερινότητας διευ-κολύνοντάς τη σε πολλαπλά επίπεδα. Το Διαδίκτυο αποτελεί χρήσιμο εργαλείοεργασίας, γνώσης (Papanikolaou, Makri, Magoulas, Chinou, Georgalas & Roussos,2016), ψυχαγωγίας και πληροφόρησης, αλλά το απύθμενο εύρος του συχνά αποδεικνύεται επισφαλές γιατον χρήστη. Η παρούσα μελέτη επικεντρώνεται στη σχέση του διαδικτυακού εθισμού με την Αλεξιθυμία καιτην αντιλαμβανόμενη γονεϊκότητα της παιδικής ηλικίας, ελέγχοντας πιθανές διαμεσολαβήσεις της κατάθλι-ψης. Για τους σκοπούς της μελέτης, ένα δείγμα 206 φοιτητών ελληνικών πανεπιστημίων από τμήματα Κοινωνικών, Θετικών και Ανθρωπιστικών Σπουδών με μέση ηλικία τα 21 έτη, κλήθηκε να συμπληρώσει την κλί-μακα διαδικτυακής κατάχρησης ΙΑΤ της Young (1998), την κλίμακα Αλεξιθυμίας του Τορόντο των Bagby,Parker και Taylor (1994), την κλίμακα κατάθλιψης CES – D scale (Radloff, 1977), την κλίμακα μέτρησης γονε-ϊκού δεσμού PBI των Parker, Tupling και Brown (1979) και μια φόρμα δημογραφικών πληροφοριών. Η Αλεξιθυμία σημειώνει στατιστικώς σημαντική σχέση με τον διαδικτυακό εθισμό, με τους παράγοντες που διαμε-σολαβούν τη σχέση να παραμένουν ασαφείς. Τα ευρήματα συζητούνται ως προς μια πιθανή αναθεώρησητων εργαλείων μέτρησης του φαινομένου και προς μια εναλλακτική προσέγγιση με ευρύτερες προεκτάσειςστη θεραπευτική πράξη.
