Περίληψη

Η κοινωνική εργασία με ασυνόδευτους ανήλικους πρόσφυγες συνιστά ένα πολυσύνθετο πεδίο παρέμβασης, καθώς αφορά μία ιδιαίτερα ευάλωτη κοινωνική ομάδα με σύνθετες ψυχοκοινωνικές ανάγκες. Οι ανήλικοι αυτοί βιώνουν συχνά τραυματικές εμπειρίες, όπως την απώλεια της οικογένειας και της πατρίδας, τις κακουχίες του μεταναστευτικού ταξιδιού και τις δυσκολίες προσαρμογής στη χώρα υποδοχής, γεγονός που αυξάνει τον κίνδυνο εμφάνισης ψυχικών διαταραχών όπως κατάθλιψη, άγχος και μετατραυματικό στρες. Οι κοινωνικοί λειτουργοί που εργάζονται σε δομές φιλοξενίας καλούνται να ανταποκριθούν στις σύνθετες ανάγκες των ασυνόδευτων ανηλίκων, εφαρμόζοντας παρεμβάσεις που ενισχύουν την ψυχική ανθεκτικότητα μέσα από σχέσεις εμπιστοσύνης, ενδυνάμωση και ανάπτυξη διαπροσωπικών δεξιοτήτων. Η παρούσα μελέτη διερευνά τον ρόλο των κοινωνικών λειτουργών σε σχέση με τις ανάγκες των ασυνόδευτων ανήλικων προσφύγων, τις προσεγγίσεις που προάγουν την ψυχική ανθεκτικότητα και τις προκλήσεις που αντιμετωπίζουν οι επαγγελματίες στο πεδίο. Η έρευνα βασίζεται σε ποιοτικά δεδομένα από κοινωνικούς λειτουργούς που εργάζονται σε δομές φιλοξενίας ασυνόδευτων ανηλίκων αιτούντων άσυλο στην Περιφέρεια Αττικής. Τα αποτελέσματα αναδεικνύουν τη σημασία της σταθερότητας, της ψυχοκοινωνικής στήριξης και της διαπολιτισμικής προσέγγισης ως βασικών παραγόντων για την ενδυνάμωση, την ψυχική ευημερία και την κοινωνική ένταξη των ασυνόδευτων ανήλικων προσφύγων.
