Η εμπειρία μαθητών από την ψηφιακή ψυχοεκπαιδευτική παρέμβαση “Κάνε τη διαφορά” για την επιθετικότητα: Μια ποιοτική μελέτη

Abstract

Η παρούσα μελέτη εξετάζει την εμπειρία 92 μαθητών Ε΄ και Στ΄ τάξης δημοτικών σχολείων της Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου, οι οποίοι συμμετείχαν στο ψηφιακό ψυχοεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα για την επιθετικότητα “Κάνε τη διαφορά”. Το πρόγραμμα, διάρκειας 13 ασύγχρονων διαδικτυακών συνεδριών, στοχεύει στην πρόληψη και μείωση της επιθετικότητας μέσω ανάπτυξης κοινωνικών, γνωστικών και συναισθηματικών δεξιοτήτων. Αξιοποιεί ψηφιακές δραστηριότητες που περιλαμβάνουν διαδραστικά βίντεο, δημιουργικά έργα, κουίζ και παιγνιώδεις δραστηριότητες, αξιοποιώντας πολυμέσα και στοιχεία παιχνιδοποίησης. Η συλλογή δεδομένων έγινε με ποιοτικές μεθόδους, μέσω ανοιχτών ερωτήσεων και δημιουργίας κολάζ, ώστε να αποτυπωθούν τα συναισθήματα, οι απόψεις και οι αντιλήψεις των μαθητών. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι η πλειονότητα των μαθητών βίωσε το πρόγραμμα ως ευχάριστο, ενδιαφέρον και χρήσιμο, εκτιμώντας ιδιαίτερα τις ψηφιακές διαδραστικές και δημιουργικές δραστηριότητες. Αρκετοί μαθητές τόνισαν ότι καλλιέργησαν δεξιότητες διαχείρισης θυμού και επίλυσης συγκρούσεων, καθώς και ότι βελτίωσαν τη συνεργασία και την επικοινωνία με συμμαθητές. Οι προκλήσεις και δυσκολίες που αναφέρθηκαν από μία μερίδα μαθητών αφορούσαν κυρίως σε συγκεκριμένες γραπτές δραστηριότητες, στη διάρκεια της παρέμβασης και στο πλήθος συνολικά των δραστηριοτήτων. Συνολικά, τα ευρήματα υποστηρίζουν ότι η ψηφιακή μορφή παρέμβασης μπορεί να είναι αποτελεσματική και ελκυστική για μαθητές δημοτικού, συμβάλλοντας θετικά στη στάση και συμπεριφορά τους απέναντι στην επιθετικότητα και παρέχοντας χρήσιμες κατευθύνσεις για τη βελτίωση και ευρύτερη εφαρμογή παρόμοιων προγραμμάτων στο σχολικό πλαίσιο.
